This is done with help from 80+ local exhibitors. Those who go will find information regarding physical health, sustainability, financial literacy, public safety and more.

"The UMD School of Pharmacy will be doing screenings for bone density, blood pressure and blood glucose ," Event planner Dana Bergstrom says. "We'll also have the lyons club doing vision screenings..."

For the kids, there will be a bounce house, rock climbing wall, face painting and crafts. UMD students will be there to teach people about portion control and help to make personalized first aid kits. Bergstrom says it's important to have events like this to let folks know the numerous resources there are in the area.

"Sometimes people just aren't aware that there are these fantastic organizations and agencies offering all these services that can support their well-being," she says, "and duluth is rich in resources like this."

It runs from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Duluth Heritage Center.
