Animal Allies: Drax

Created: August 22, 2019 09:32 AM

Drax is a sweet, one-year-old cat who likes to explore and is often putting his paws out of the cage.  He came to Animal Allies as a stray and they gave him that name when he arrived.

Nicole Facciotto, with Animal Allies, said animals with one color tend to get overlooked.

Drax also loves to give kisses and get scratches.  He's also good with animals and kids.

"He's pretty mellow and doesn't seem to mind when there's a lot of commotion in the room or when other animals go by," Facciotto said.

He could be a good fit with anyone, Facciotto said.

Animals Allies has a micro chipping clinic on Tuesday, August 27 from 4 to 6 p.m. They're giving away free micro chips in partnership with the Irving Community Center at the Evergreen Senior Center in West Duluth.

If you'd like to adopt Drax, visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or give them a call at 218-722-5341. Click here to see more animals available for adoption.
