Wayzata Defeats Hermantown for 2nd Straight Year, Marshall Tops Benilde

Hermantown lost only once last season on their way to their second straight Class A State tile. That one loss came to Wayzata in their season opener.

It appears as if Wayzata has the Hawks number as they defeated Hermantown for the second consecutive year on Friday. The final was 5-3.

Uo next, Hermantown will face Lakeville South on Saturday.

Meanwhile, at Mars Lakeview Arena. Duluth Marshall continued their winning ways as they topped Benilde St. Margaret's 8-1 on Friday.

George Grannis had 4 goals in the victory for the Hilltoppers.
