The UMD Bulldogs already know who they are playing this year, but tomorrow they take on an opponent they know too well, themselves.
The 43rd annual UMD maroon-white spring game is tomorrow at Malosky Stadium with kickoff set for 6 pm.
69 players are scheduled to suit up. The first two quarters are 10 minutes long and the last two quarters will only be 7 minutes. The game might not count in the standings, but counts in the eyes of Coach Curt Wiese and staff.
"In a game like this were looking, number one just consistency probably on both sides of the football and a clean football game. That's something as a team we're hoping to progress throughout spring practice. And tomorrow gives us an opportunity to play in front of a crowd and with a little bit of energy in Malosky Stadium," said Wiese.
