Duluth Marshall Wins Fifth Straight with 6-1 Victory

Following a Schwan's Cup Bronze title over the holidays, the Duluth Marshall girls' hockey team tallied their fifth straight win with a 6-1 victory over Eveleth-Gilbert Tuesday evening.

Scoring for the Toppers was Gracie Thomas who netted two goals, while Emily Lemker, Meredith Boettcher, Izzy Stauber, and Maren Friday each earned one.

Brenna Ceglar netted the lone power play goal for the Golden Bears.

Carissa Mudrak got the victory in the net earning 21 saves.

Duluth Marshall improves to 10-5 on the season, while the Golden Bear fall to 6-8-1.
