Solon Springs Boys, Hurley Girls Win Indianhead Conference XC Titles

Solon Springs, Wisc. - The Indianhead Conference Cross Country Meets were on Thursday at Hidden Greens Golf Course in Solon Springs.

In the boy's race, the host team looked to make it two straight. Sophomore Owen Dickinson came in with seven individual wins this season and now it is eight. His winning was just over 16 minutes and 30 seconds. Solon Springs takes top team honors with a score of 26 and Ironwood finished second with a score of 34.

In the girl's race, Hurley would place five of the top six runners, but the one that finished first is from Ironwood. Junior Emily Carey crossed over at 20:38.

Hurley wins the meet with a score of 15 with Washburn second with a score of 46.
