SUPERIOR - Carissa Schlies of Superior tracked the high temperature for each day during 2017. She took that data and created this beautiful blanket using the daily temperatures as her color guide.
Carissa says she crocheted one row of color (over 300 stitches) each day. The temperature determined what color to use.
If you are interested in doing a similar blanket, these are the colors and temperature limits that Carissa used.
The top of the photo with the solid dark blue shows the end of the year and the deep freeze.
Here are the notes Carissa kept of the daily readings.
