Janna Stevens, Superior School District Superintendent said in a voice message, "we have been working directly with the Superior Police Department as we take any threat very seriously."

The Superior Police Department says the student responsible for the post was identified with the help of the administration at the high school.

The police and school district do not believe there are any safety concerns, but there will be additional law enforcement at the school on Monday.

"We are prepared to take great care of our students, tomorrow and always," said Stevens.

The incident is still under investigation.
