They welcome artists and designers of all forms to apply, but specifically encourage those who work in murals.

This project is designed to bring art to the forefront in our community. As such, artwork submissions are encouraged to show respect and honor to the literary works of Bob Dylan and/or the rich mining heritage of Hibbing, Minnesota.

This is the first call for artists in what we hope will help grow the downtown corridor and bring talent-specifically local talent-to the forefront.

Initial applications are due at or before 5:00PM on Friday, March 31, 2017, and should be emailed to hibbingdylanproject@gmail.com
