The complaint said that police received a report about the break-in on Sunday. When they arrived at the post office, they found 60 post office boxes that had the glass broken out, and mail was strewn about the floor.

Also in the area were nearly a dozen vehicles that had some kind of damage. The complaint said that some had their tires slashed, others had windows broken out, some had dents and scratches added or profanities etched in them.

Thanks to help from a nearby business owner, investigators were able to pinpoint that Francis as the suspect, and arrested him on Sunday evening.
