The Vikings took on the New Orleans Saints at U.S. Bank Stadium, with the big storyline from the game being the return of Adrian Peterson, former Vikings running back.

One of the people who came out to the Sports Garden was Tammy Stadtler, a Spring Grove community member.

The $5 drink specials, the atmosphere is great, the pizza buffet is good in here, and of course the Vikings game," said Stadtler.

Jonathan Marcks also came out to the Sports Garden with some friends. He is hoping for a better team than last year.

"Probably just to be competitive. Better offense this year and defense stay strong. Hopefully make the playoffs," said Marcks.

The Vikings won the game by a final score of 29-19. They will next face the Pittsburgh Steelers at Heinz Field at 12:00 P.M. on Sunday, September 17.
