Are you a caregiver, or know a caregiver, who may be stretched too thin? Far too often, caregivers tend to neglect themselves. Recognizing the importance of caregivers self-care, ElderCircle hosts three groups that provide support, tools and resources specifically for caregivers. Free and open to the public.

The second Tuesday of each month.

For caregivers who care for a loved one who has a memory loss condition to meet and sup-port each other. Partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association, the group learns communi-cation techniques, shares resources and support in all aspects of care and everyday life.
