The University Nursery School Downtown location is now offering parents an option for infants.

"We are so excited about this. We get a call every day about infant care.  This is especially important for the downtown people. Some mothers come over and want to nurse during the day, which is great," explained site director Barb Kennedy.

The downtown location used to be at the Federal Building. They didn't have room for infants there. But they moved to the Trepanier Building off 2nd Street, last year.

She said they have a schedule of activities and nurturing interaction time for the infants. There is room for 12 babies.

There is also expanded space for their preschool and toddler rooms too.
