29-year-old Molly Van Dyke, of Hibbing, was rescued from an old mine pit in Chisholm Monday after falling roughly 75 feet.

Van Dyke was airlifted around 4:30 p.m. to Essentia Health-St. Mary's in Duluth. Hospital officials say she suffered bruising, cuts, and a broken neck, but still has full use of her limbs and is expected to make a full recovery.

She is listed in 'good' condition.

Residents say that the area where the woman fell is a popular one for kids, who like to jump in and swim.

Van Dyke wants to thank first responders who rescued her, hospital staff at St. Mary's, and the community for their thoughts and prayers.
