G-Tac Protestor's Case Heading to Trial

A protestor accused of stealing a camera from a mine worker in Northern Wisconsin is headed to trial. 

Katie Kloth appeared in Iron County court Friday and entered a not guilty plea in front of a new judge. She requested a substitution back in March. 

Kloth is charged with robbery by the use of force. 

She was arrested in connection with a violent protest at the Gogebic Taconite mining site last June. 

A jury trial is set for early October.
