A protestor accused of stealing a camera from a mine worker in Northern Wisconsin is headed to trial.

Katie Kloth appeared in Iron County court Friday and entered a not guilty plea in front of a new judge. She requested a substitution back in March.

Kloth is charged with robbery by the use of force.

She was arrested in connection with a violent protest at the Gogebic Taconite mining site last June.

A jury trial is set for early October.
