All the ladies of the kingdom were invited to a royal ball on Sunday.

The Fairy Princess Ball took place at the Greysolon Ballroom in Duluth. Mothers and daughters donned their fanciest princess gowns to do crafts, eat desserts and dance the night away.

The annual event is put on by the Essentia Health Foundation. The proceeds go to the Erick Peter Person Children's Cancer Center, to support families who are fighting childhood cancer.
