Walker Signs Bill Cracking Down on Synthetics in Wisconsin

Created: 04/23/2014 11:16 PM WDIO.com

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker signed into law Wednesday a measure designed to help crack down on the sale of synthetic drugs in the state.

Previous laws were passed making it illegal to possess, make, or sell the substance -- but distributors have found loopholes by slightly altering the synthetic formula.

The new law adds to the list of illegal substances, and makes any substance similar in composition illegal too.
