Two men have been charged for allegedly slashing the tires of over two dozen vehicles in Virginia.

James Allen Pape and Jarel Walker Sohm face multiple counts of criminal damage to property and tampering with a motor vehicle.

The complaints say that police found a knife in Pape's pocket when he was arrested.

Pape apparently told police that he was getting back at people who owed him money.
