3 Chicago Men Charged in St. Louis County for Allegedly Selling Heroin

Three Chicago men have be charged in St. Louis County for allegedly selling heroin.

The Duluth Police Department said 22-year-old Akeem Asad, 28-year-old Ike Hardy, and 21-year-old Jerrell Rodgers were charged Friday with First Degree Sale of a Controlled Substance, and First Degree Conspiracy to Commit a Controlled Substance Crime. 

The men were arrested Wednesday when police and investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force executed a search warrant at an apartment on the 1800 block of East Second Street in Duluth. Police said they found about 65 grams of heroin, $6,135 in cash, and related evidence of drug sales.
