The Duluth methadone clinic fighting to keep its license is being hit with seven new alleged violations, according to records published by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

The records show the department filed the violations against the Lake Superior Treatment Center last week.

The violations highlight concerns with staffing, treatment plans, and documenting records.

The Orlando-based Colonial Management Group runs the facility and did not respond to our request for comment on the violations.
