Updated: Police Investigating Armed Robbery in Superior

Officers are searching for a suspect after police say a Superior gas station was robbed Tuesday morning.

A clerk and witness reported that a man came in and robbed the clerk of the Tower Avenue Spur at gunpoint.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5'7", and 135 pounds.

No one was hurt during the robbery, and the suspect fled. Officers covered the area on foot and by vehicle, including a K9 unit, but were not able to find the man.

    The Minnesota State Patrol said one person was killed and two others seriously injured in a three-vehicle accident in Cass County. The accident happened on Highway 64 just before 2 p.m. on Saturday.
