A Duluth lawyer has been disciplined by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Brian Fischer, featured on the back of Twin Ports phone books, has been put on probation for two years for professional misconduct. He is no longer with the practice being advertised.
He admitted to several missteps, such helping a suspended attorney practice law, misleading advertising, and neglect of two clients. Read the full complaint by clicking here.
Fischer says that he started his own firm after the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility recommended it.
He says he is "making sure the set of circumstances that led to this don't happen again."
