If you've ever wanted to own a very small piece of downtown Duluth, now's your chance.
The City of Duluth is now selling some of the paving bricks that workers pulled up from Superior Street this spring.
The bricks cost 30 cents each, plus tax. If you're interested, you have to pay in advance at the Purchasing Office in City Hall, room 100. Then you take the receipt to the Kenwood Pit to pick up the bricks.
The pit will be staffed from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The city says you'll have to load the bricks yourself.
The size of the brick is 3-7/8" by 7-7/8" by 2-1/8".
