Duluth School Board Member Tom Kasper will not seek re-election.
Kaspber said on Facebook Monday that he has enjoyed his time on the board. He also said he feels like he's done a good job listening to all sides and making decisions based on what he thought was best for the students.
Kasper was elected to an at-large seat in 2009. He resigned from his longtime job with the City of Duluth last November after being suspended for an undisclosed reason.
Joshua Bixby, Annie Harala, and Henry L. Banks have filed to run for the two at-large school board seats up for election this year. Filing closes Tuesday afternoon.
