Lane to Close Temporarily on Highland St.

The St. Louis County Public Works Department says that Highland St. in West Duluth will be reduced to a single lane beginning Monday, March 18th.
Officials say the traffic restriction will occur between Skyline Parkway and 57th Ave. W begging at 8 a.m.
The county will be doing soil borings, a preliminary step to the street's reconstruction next year.
Traffic is expected to be reduced to one lane for the whole week.
