Police have arrested two Duluth males for allegedly taking items from unlocked vehicles. They are 22 and 18 years old.
According to department news release, police were called to the 10 block of Eden Lane for two male suspects being seen prowling vehicles. Upon arrival, police say they found them inside a vehicle at Belmont Street and 10th Avenue East.
They say one suspect was arrested there, but the other fled on foot and was taken into custody a short distance away.
Police said both men had items in stolen items from the vehicle prowls in their possession when they were arrested, and say they admitted to entering several vehicles in the area.
The news release says the suspects took small electronics, chargers and miscellaneous items. Both men were arrested, transported to the St. Louis County Jail, cited, lodged and later released, police said.
