The Holiday Center in downtown Duluth is no longer allowing bus riders to wait for their ride inside the building.
One witness, Kevin Johnson, says an elderly man and a woman with two young children were asked to leave the building this morning. He's concerned about what bus riders will do once winter hits.
"Once the snow starts flying, it's going to be pretty miserable to stand outside in those shelters right there to wait for the bus," said Kevin Johnson.
The Lion Hotel Group owns and manages the Holiday Inn. Company President Mark Emmel says at times that bus riders block access to their building.
There is a DTA Transit Center across the street where riders can wait indoors.
