A Duluth building contractor is sentenced to nearly 7 years in prison, after being convicted of 1st degree arson.
34-year-old Adam Seavey was sentenced Friday to the maximum possible term of six years and nine months.
The incident occurred after Jason Branstrom refused to pay Seavey $15,000 after Seavey did some unsatisfactory construction work on a duplex Branstrom owns.
Seavey then set fire to the duplex while there were four people inside.
