Power Outage Planned for Wednesday

On Wednesday, October 17, approximately 500 Cooperative Light & Power members in the Island Lake area will experience short power outages at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
The outages are necessary due to required maintenance that will be performed during that time. It is estimated that the outages will be approximately 20 minutes in duration at each of the scheduled times.
The cooperative said, "Please know that routine maintenance and repairs are periodically necessary to provide you with save, reliable electricity. We appreciate your patience during these times."
Cooperative Light & Power is an electric cooperative providing electricity to nearly 6,000 rural members in Northeastern Minnesota
