Fire Destroys Normanna Township Home

A 96-year-old man's home in Normanna Township went up in flames on Monday morning.
Multiple crews responded to 2633 Lismore Road.
Flames and smoke poured out of the home.
Authorities from St. Louis County said the cause appears to be accidental, and the home is a total loss.
The 96-year-old man was not home at the time of the blaze, according to the county. Many of his family showed up at the scene.
