Hill City Man Killed in Workplace Accident

A man was killed after a workplace accident on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Carlton County Sheriff's Department, 30-year-old Richard Roy Washburn, of Hill City, was electrocuted while working for Ulland Brothers construction company.
Wright First Responders, Cromwell Ambulance, and the Carlton County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call. The fatal construction accident occurred at Center Road and East Mud Lake Road in Wright.
OSHA is currently investigating the incident.
