SIREN, Wis. (AP) - The parents of a 3-year-old girl who accidentally drowned in Danbury last month are now charged with neglect in her death.

Online court records show 33-year-old Jenna Danish and 42-year-old Thomas Jay Williams were charged Friday in Burnett County with felony child neglect resulting in death.

The body of their daughter, Reena Mae Williams, was found Aug. 15 in a canal near her home after she went missing the evening before. A neighbor had earlier seen the girl walking in the street.

Sheriff Dean Roland tells KARE-TV (http://kare11.tv/Q2ZrBP ) that a judge still needs to approve arrest warrants for both Danish and Williams.

Online court records do not list defense attorneys for Danish or Williams.  A home telephone number for the parents could not be found.
