Chisholm Man Seriously Injured in Accident

A Chisholm man is in critical condition after an accident Sunday on the Iron Range.
The Minnesota State Patrol said 19-year-old Jeffery Busby was hurt in an accident on Highway 73 at Nettle Road about eight miles north of Chisholm around 6:43 p.m. Sunday night.
Authorities said Busby was heading north on Highway 73 when his vehicle crossed the center line into the southbound lane. The car then went into the ditch and hit a large tree.
A passenger, 22-year-old Cody Miller, suffered non-life threatening injuries. The St. Louis County Sheriff's Department and Chisholm Police also assisted in the incident.
