Hathaway: Petition to Enter Guilty Plea

The man who made headlines for having sex with a dead deer, now said he wants to plead guilty to another crime.
Court records show that Bryan James Hathaway, 25, petitioned to enter the plea on Wednesday.
He was charged with several crimes last month after allegedly getting into a scuffle with a Hermantown police officer at Walmart.
The officer was attempting to stop Hathaway from an alleged car prowl.
Hathaway pleaded no contest to having sex with a dead deer in Superior, back in 2006.
His sentencing for his latest legal trouble, is next month.
