Owner: Grand Jury Investigating Last Place on Earth

The owner of Duluth's Last Place on Earth tells Eyewitness News letters shown to him by former employees say his shop is being investigated by a grand jury.
Jim Carlson said employees gave him copies of the letters, which he says, ask them to testify.
The Last Place on Earth is currently under investigation for the alleged sale of illegal synthetic drugs, and was raided by federal authorities in the last week of July.
Carlson maintains he does not sell products that contain any chemicals listed as banned by the state or federal government.
