Superintendent Keith Dixon, Ph.D. told staff, "Last year the principals and I began the process of determining school leadership as we address transitions required by both the Long Range Facilities Plan and by budget challenges.
We looked at the long-term needs of the district, to build teams and have longevity in terms of school leadership. We also looked at the need to “grow” school administrators within the district and prepare them to assume future leadership positions. Finally, we took into consideration individual plans and goals."
