  • Washington Mall Shooting Victim was Probation Officer

    Authorities say one of the five victims in the deadly Washington state mall shooting was a probation officer. Police arrested 20-year-old Arcan Cetin on Saturday following Friday's shooting at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, north of Seattle, that left five people dead.
