Cohasset Bank Robbery

Cohasset Bank Robbery Suspect

The Itasca County Sheriff's office is still searching for the suspect of a bank robbery in Cohasset.

The Woodland Bank was robbed around noon on Tuesday. Authorities said one man is responsible. No weapon was seen, but the man allegedly used a note with threats written in it.

Deputies used search dogs to look for the suspect in the woods behind the bank. At one point, they thought they had him, but again, no one is in custody.

Law enforcement has set up a command center near the bank. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described as a white male, 40-50 years old, and between 5'8"-5'10", and 180-210 pounds.

He was wearing a green army style hat that had a 360 degree brim, dark plastic sunglasses, green t-shirt, blue jean jacket, and jeans.

The MN DNR, Hibbing, and Grand Rapids police are assisting.
