MORE ABOUT ROBERT DEZELSKE:

What is your most memorable moment as an Educator?
"In 2005 our school received a Minnesota School of Excellence Award and a N.C.L.B. National Blue Ribbon Award. In 2007, the National Distinguished Principal of the Year Award and in 2009, a N.C.L.B. National Blue Ribbon School Nomination."
If you could pass along one piece of wisdom, what would it be?

If you weren't an educator what would you be?
"I really can't see myself doing any thing but being a teacher. I enjoy being in school. The people I work with are remarkable."
What do you do during summer vacation?
"I work for Children's Mental Health in a summer school program called Reach. It's an activity based program to help a special group of students."
