MORE ABOUT AMY HENDRICKSON: |
| What is your most memorable moment as an Educator? |
|
"My most memorable moment as a teacher was May 23rd, 2008 when our charter school had its first graduation ceremony - it had taken a lot of hard work by many people to get there and was very special to the kids, families, and teachers." |
| If you could pass along one piece of wisdom, what would it be? |
|
"Don't ever give up, even when something seems impossible." |
| If you weren't an educator what would you be? |
|
"If I wasn't a teacher I would be a mechanical engineer, a pharmacist, or I would work at the Hibbing VFW Club." |
| What do you do during summer vacation? |
|
"During the summer I am able to spend a little more time with my family and stay up real late." |

Mrs. Hendrickson is trying to get a hobby of some type. She says she may sound like a "geek" but right now she spends much of her time doing school-related stuff. She lives with her husband, Todd. They have 2 children, Seth and Beau, 2 cats named Max and Boots and a guinea pig named Rodney. Mrs. Hendrickson would like to thank whomever nominated her for this honor. |
