A dreary day may have given many of us the blues on Monday, but the fog and rain did not stop golfers from having a good time at Ridgeview Country Club in Duluth.

It was the 2014 Tee Up Fore Kids Golf Classic to benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Northland. Teams from across the area grabbed their clubs to tee off in this five person scramble to raise money for area youth.

WDIO/WIRT had a team in the event. Good Morning Northland anchor Maarja Anderson and GMN Meteorologist Ben Dery joined Meteorologist Justin Liles, Jeremy Fuchs and Jeff Laundergan out on the course. The fabulous five had a lot of fun at the event.

Dery has been helping with the Boys and Girls Club of the Northland for the past few years.
