A motorcycle stolen last month in Superior has been found in three feet of water.

Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office responded to North 1st Street under the Blatnik Bridge Wednesday morning to find the motorcycle submerged.

A man walking that morning had seen the motorcycle and called law enforcement.

Chief Deputy Jerry Moe said the Honda motorcycle was reported stolen on June 20 at 408 Baxter Avenue.

The motorcycle was stolen without keys, said Moe.

Moe said deputies found small traces of rust on the motorcycle, but it will be returned to the original owner.
