Minneapolis, Minn. - The Minnesota Twins will be represented by two players in the 2014 All-Star Game at Target Field. Minnesota native and Twins closer Glen Perkins has been selected to the All-Star Game for the second time while Twins catcher Kurt Suzuki is an All-Star for the first time.

Twins manager Ron Gardenhire will serve as a coach for the American League.

The All-Stars from both leagues met with the media at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Monday.
