Hartley Park Mini-Master Plan

The City of Duluth invites the public to review and comment on a recently updated Mini-Master Plan for Hartley Park, available at www.duluthmn.gov

Since last fall, the City of Duluth Parks Division has been working closely with the public on future improvements for Hartley Park. After hearing input from residents and user groups, the city has modified its process to accommodate more time for public comment.

  • Duluth Lightning Strike Victim's Condition Improves

    A 12-year-old boy's condition is improving after he was struck by lightning on Duluth's Enger Golf Course.  Nathan Burke was initially reported to be in critical condition after the lighting strike on Sunday afternoon, but Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center said his condition had improved to fair by Monday afternoon.
