The Minnesota Vikings have signed free agent linebackers Dom DeCicco and Mike Zimmer. The team now has two Mike Zimmers as the linebacker is not the same person as their head coach.

The team waived quarterback Travis Partridge and guard Conor Boffeli to free space on the team's roster for the new linebackers.

Dom DeCicco signed with the Vikings after playing for the Chicago Bears in 2011 and 2012 seasons. During his time with the Bears, DeCicco appeared in 20 games and recorded 12 special teams tackles. He also spent time at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2013 training camp, appearing in three preseason games.

Mike Zimmer is a free agent from Illinois State who spent time at the Jacksonville Jaguars 2013 training camp. He appeared in four preseason games and recorded one tackle.
