The closing sale date of the Chris Jensen Health and Rehabilitation Center in Duluth will be pushed back.

The St. Louis County Board approved the sale last year with a deadline to close at the end of this month.

Both the county and the purchaser now say that deadline was unrealistic, and say they need refined maps for the asset purchase agreement.

The resolution was amended at the county board meeting Tuesday with a new deadline of October 31st, though board members say it should be done by May.
