The Bulldogs open the weekend with a 5-4 road win over Miami-Ohio on Friday night.

After falling behind 2-0 in the first period, UMD came out firing in the second, scoring four goals in that 20-minute span. Caleb Herbert lit the lamp twice, with Dom Toninato and Justin Crandall adding the others. Kyle Osterberg had two assists.

Adam Krause scored a shorthanded goal in the third period, which turned out to be the game winner. These same teams will take the ice again tomorrow night.
