UWS Celebrates Annual Soul Food Dinner

Students at the University of Wisconsin Superior celebrated their annual Soul Food Dinner on Saturday.

The evening is organized by the Black Student Union at UWS. They set aside the night to celebrate the African and African American heritage represented on the campus. The event includes a fashion show, dinner and a musical performance.

The Black Student Union president said the goal is to put on a welcoming event where people can share their cultures.
