Duluth, Minn. - The UMD Bulldogs have a seven-game unbeaten streak, have earned 11 points in the last two weekends, are 14th in the PairWise rankings, rated 16th in the USCHO.com national poll and are just two points out of first place in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.

UMD has an opportunity to take the top spot this week at #6 St. Cloud State. The Huskies are currently in that position. Back in December, SCSU swept UMD at AMSOIL Arena.

The NCHC is tight with six teams separated by just four points.

The Bulldogs and Huskies will battle on Friday and Saturday at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
