Two men have been arrested and charged for allegedly selling and possessing heroin in Duluth.

Investigators from the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force made an arrest of 20-year-old Cody David Husemoller, of Duluth, on Sept. 19th, 2013. Allegedly, Husemoller had been transporting heroin from Minneapolis to Duluth. During a traffic stop, investigators say they found 25.4 grams of the narcotic.

Investigators say through a follow-up investigation they learned that Husemoller was renting a room at the Casa Motel in Duluth for another person who was allegedly selling heroin.

On January 16th, 28-year-old Cornelius Durell Clinkscales, of Chicago, was arrested in that motel room after police executed a search warrant. They say they found 55 grams of heroin and packaging material used for sale.

Both been formally charged with 1st Degree Sale of Heroin and 1st Degree Possession of a Heroin.
